Nicole by OPI Gumdrops Swatches - Cinna-man of my Dreams, That's What I Mint, and I Lilac Gumdrops

So I got my hands on a couple of the Nicole by OPI version of textured polish at my local CVS. I was hunting for them a few weeks ago with no luck so I kinda forgot about them. I was very delighted when I stumble upon them when I wasn't even looking for them.

Cinna-man of my Dreams is definitely a stunner. It's got a mix of red, gold, and blue tiny glitters in a cranberry colored base. Beautiful is all I can say. It makes my eyes twinkle with happy feelings when I look at it. Formula was maybe slightly on the thicker side since it's a texture polish. It was pretty easy to work with and I only needed two coats for full opacity. I also want to note that the texture was fairly smooth and not scratchy at all.

That's What I Mint is also another beauty. It's got blue, green, and gold sparkles in a medium blue base. The formula was pretty consistent between these two shades. Easy to work with and good to go in two coats. The texture is also fine and non-scratchy.

After receiving a $5.00 Extra Buck coupon and 30% off coupon for CVS, I ran back there and scooped up I Lilac Gumdrops, along with some over the counter meds. It's a light lilac color with very pale gold glitters. They almost look silver but they're not really silver. This one also only needed two coats for full opacity and had an easy formula. I noticed that the texture of I Lilac Gumdrops was a lot smoother. I honestly wasn't sure in if I was going to get any texture out of it. It applied almost as smooth as a regular polish. It also took a bit longer to dry but as it dried, the texture slowly came through. This is much prettier in person.

What do you think textured polish? Love it or not? Which is your favorite textured polish?

  4. How pretty! I like them all though the blue not as much, as it reminds me of another OPI liquid sand :)

    1. I know OPI has other blue liquid sand but I think this one is prettier than the previous blues I've seen from them :)

  7. Ciina-man is definitely the best of the bunch, imo! Strange that the lilac polish looks so different from the first two.

    1. Cinna-man was the main reason I went out looking for this collection in the first place. I thought it was weird that I Lilac Gumdrops was slightly different. It's still pretty though.

  8. I must find Cinna-Man of My Dreams! I love that one!

That's what I Mint reminds me of Zoya Liberty (which I have), they aren't dupes though. Lilac Gumdrops reminds me Zoya Stevie (which I also have), again not dupes but I don't feel like I need either of those two, but I must find Cinna-Man of My Dreams! That one is drool-worthy!

    2. I agree Cinna-Man is a must have. I want more of the Zoya Pixie Dust, I cannot wait for a promo to snag them! My ankle is better but not like how it used to be before the injury. I've been told it can take up to a year to make a full recovery but I have noticed that this month there's less swelling.
