Kleancolor Glitter Polishes Swatches - Party Fever, Aurora, Golden Nirvana, Shooting Star, and Holo Green

I've had these polishes for a pretty long while now and since I'm getting caught up with my swatches, I'm finally getting to these! The chunky holos are on my wishlist so perhaps I'll get some soon.

Party Fever has small red glitters along with larger blue, purple, and silver glitters in a clear base. Formula isn't too thick or thin and you can get a fairly decent amount of glitters within two coats. I absolutely love how it looks paired with a red polish. All swatches were done with a clear top coat on top.

Aurora has iridescent light golden glitters with light pink star glitters. The base looks a little peachy pink but it's pretty sheer and almost looks clear. I had to fish for the star glitters. Formula slightly on the thick side. This polish looks nice with pretty much any base color.

Golden Nirvana has a warm golden jelly base with small sliver glitters and larger silver holo glitters. I did two coats on its own and it looks pretty good. The formula is thick, picks up a good amount of glitters, but a little difficult to spread evenly. You'll need to finagle with it a bit or add some nail polish thinner to help make the application look more even. Other than that, I think it's pretty.

Shooting Star looks like it's going to be a fun polish but it didn't look that exciting when I layered it over a black polish. It has a sheer jelly pink base, small silver glitters, and larger yellow, blue, and red glitters. The formula as very thick and goopy. Definitely needs nail polish thinner for even and smooth application.

Holo Green has a very sheer light sage green base with fine scattered silver holos. I think you can pretty much layer it over any color without changing much of the base color. Formula not too thin or thick and spreads the holo glitters evenly.

These Kleancolor polishes have a pretty strong and weird nail polish scent. I thought I'd mention it. Most of the ones I've come across, particularly those with a clear base, well the base is not really crystal clear, it is a bit brownish tainted. Don't know if they were old or if there is a lack in quality; however, when layered over another color other than white, it looks fairly good.

I've purchased them at random places like flea markets and clothing stores. They are pretty inexpensive, price ranging between $2.00-$4.00 depending on where you purchase them. You can find them on Ebay and Amazon if none of your local stores carry them.

    1. I'm thinking about trying it over a navy blue color. I think that might look better.

    1. Aurora is definitely more versatile. Thanks, I try my best to keep them in good shape but sometimes I'm clumsy and break them

    1. I think they do make pretty glitters and I like that they're pretty inexpensive. The scent won't kill me but I know some people might feel that it's too much for them.
