February 2012 Favorites

Hello there,

I know it's a little late and I apologize for the delay but I suppose better late than never to post about my February favorites. I just haven't really been in the mood for posting and my Internet has been really slow. I can't believe how many days I've fallen asleep trying to type this post, lol.

1.   Missha Signature Real Complete BB Cream (23 natural yellow beige). This is my first time trying a BB cream and I'm quite happy with this one. The color I picked was a perfect match and the coverage is light to medium. It also has a nice subtle and pleasant scent.
2.   Sonia Kashuk soft pink lipstick. I've always wanted to try the Sonia Kashuk makeup but never really wanted to pay the retail price because it is a bit more expensive than I would rather pay; however, I got lucky when I found this on clearance for just a couple bucks. A review will be up soon.
3.   ELF Studio single eyeshadow Pebble. This has been like my go-to crease eyeshadow. I love that it's not too pigmented but still adds just the right amount of color for a neutral look.
4.   OPI Nail Lacquer Thinner. Anyone who usues nail polishes needs a nail polish thinner. Overtime the polishes get thicker and this helps restore the consistency back to how it was before.
5.   Make Up Forever Mist & Fix. The packaging annoys me because it sprays way too much product but other than that, it does a pretty good job at keeping my face on. I've used it a few times on days I wanted my makeup to last and used it when I went to the Zumba party and my face still looked good after sweating profusely.
6.   Biolage Conditioner. This is a bit pricey but I bought it because it was on sale, buy 2 get 1 free. I love how soft and conditioned my hair feels after using it. Although it didn't smell bad, I wished it smelled nicer.
7.   Aveeno Positively Nourishing Body Wash (Blackberry + Vanilla). This smells sweet and I'm not always fond of sweet scents but I actually liked this one. I'm looking to try more of their body wash, whenever I can find it on BOGO sale.
8.   Milani Illuminating Face Powder Amber Nectar. I love this face powder! It feels nice and smooth and leaves a beautiful soft glow on my face. I particularly like wearing this as a blush and it stays on all day.
9.   Milani Smoothe Base Coat. I've only tried it a few times and so far, I like it.
10. Revlon Posh nail polish. IDK what it is about this green but I just love the color. The application was also very easy to work with.
11. NYX Matte Lipstick Tea Rose. I've been reaching for this color often. Perfect for days I don't want to think about what to wear on my lips, lol. This goes with anything.
12. No7 Stay Perfect Eye Mousse Khaki. This is a gorgeous shade. I've been really loving it.
13. Wet N Wild Creme Lipliner Willow. This is often my go-to neutral lip liner.
14. MAC Pearlglide Intense Eye Liner Industrial. This is a gorgeous blue eyeliner. I especially love to wear it on my lower lash line for a pop of color.
15. Missa Pure Source Masks. I love how smooth and revitalized my skin feels after using these masks.

  1. I use that exact same Missha BB cream in #23 on a day-to-day basis - it's a great product :)
